Come and experience a unique Yoga session with two of Montreal's best instructors Claudine Saleh and Sonia Osorio

In a skillful combination of Iyengar and Asthanga, these sessions take you through an essential journey based on the traditional eight limbs of yoga, emphasizing the development of strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, concentration and meditation. The Asanas (postures) are formulated to improve the structural alignment and circulation of the body, which aims to unite the vitality of the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. This final result helps relieve the stresses of modern-day life.

A new class of Restorative Yoga taught by Claudine Saleh will be implemented on Tuesdays at 10 am. Restorative poses help relieve the effect of chronic stress by using props in a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. The teaching of restorative yoga emphasizes the age-old wisdom of yoga that teaches well-being is enhanced by a healthy spine.

With these different yoga styles, you will develop physical and mental strength and learn to control your breathing in a relaxed and modulated way, providing the focus necessary to practice the different asanas.                                Reservation required as space is limited
