Adonna’s Weekly Dose Workouts – AWDWs

The AWDW are 30 minutes videos of workouts by Adonna Greaves. They are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a fun and timely manner. The workouts are motivating, innovative, challenging and safe (M.I.C.S. Training Program).

All of AWDWs will focus on total body building conditioning, incorporating multi-joint functional movements, applying various training methods to improve al 10 physical skills (i.e. cardio respiratory endurance, strength, speed, power, stamina, coordination, agility, balance, flexibility, and accuracy). The workouts will start with as little accessory tools as possible, however the exercises will target  every inch of the body.

As you build up your fitness level, the workouts will become more intense, challenging you both physically and mentally, and introducing some versatile, easily accessible equipment to the sessions. This will be exciting because you’ll see how much you will have improved from the first few workouts.
The goal of the videos is to help you and as many others become passionate about yourselves and to really appreciate the importance of good health and to enjoy the numerous benefits of exercise. Hopefully it will also get you to be strong and super fit, look and feel great, stay energized throughout the day so that you can really start to enjoy life the way we are intended to.

As you begin to experience both physical and emotional positive transformation, your self confidence will increase providing you with the inner strength to strive towards achieving anything.
