To aid in enhancing the performance of athletes within their specific sport, a comprehensive cross-training program is extremely beneficial and essential to achieve higher levels. As a certified CrossFit Training Center, you’ll benefit from Studio Adonnics’ expertise in Strength & Conditioning techniques including Olympic Lifting Gymnastics and Plyometrics in a high-intensity, constantly-varied, dynamic environment. We use various training tools and basic exercise drills that are very effective in increasing overall mental and physical strength, improving areas as diverse as endurance, balance, proprioception, flexibility, core strength and stability, speed, power, agility, coordination and more. You will likely notice an improvement after the first few training sessions.

Experience

Independent of the sport, core strength and proper muscle recruitment and activation are essential for proper execution of dynamic movement. This is where Adonna and her certified trainers’ expertise in various sports and fitness activities can guide you towards attaining that competitive edge over the opponent. The ability to accelerate/decelerate, change directions quickly, increase reaction time are some of the many skills that will be targeted and enhanced.

Types of Workouts & Equipment

Cardio Combat kickboxing (always a great success), Boot Camp Obstacle Training, Circuit Training, Plyometrics Training, are just a few of the numerous exercise drills that participants will be exposed to. We use equipment like the BOSU, medicine balls, mini hurdles, agility ladders, mini trampolines, extreme balance boards, free weights, body weight, body bars, Olympic jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags, the newest free motion GRAVITY training machines, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, and more. To add fun and diversify to the exercise regime, we also use monkey bar and climbing ropes useful to develop upper body strength and coordination. Athletes will unmistakeably challenge their physical and mental abilities.

Arrangements

Small groups (3-6) or teams (10-30) can book the 2,500 square feet of training area for sessions of 60 minutes or more. The programs are designed according to the demands of the sport and the needs of the players and coaches. This is a great way to achieve a higher fitness level in a fun, friendly and highly motivating ambience.
