MOBILITY AND MOVEMENT

Improve your success in the gym and speed up your recovery with a 30-minute Mobility and Movement Class at the end of your workout! With a knowledgeable instructor to guide you, you will feel the improvement after your very first session!
Mobility and Movement classes will allow each individual to focus on the maintenance and strength of the joints, tendons, and ligaments. We will also work on flexibility, and on the improvement of muscle movement around a range of motion, which is essential to proper recovery, greatly reducing soreness, and improving your overall health.
CrossFit Mobility classes will be focused on athletes looking to greatly improve their performance by correcting joint and movement errors that can cause injuries and impede strength, speed, and power. The class will include 30 minutes of mobility work aimed at properly recovering from your last WOD, and prepping for your next.
Mobility & Movement Classes will be held on Tuesdays & Fridays at 11:45-12:15
CrossFit Mobility Classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 4:25-4:55
